OGEDE KIMONO

The Ogede kimono can be styled in a number of ways - put it on as loungewear, match it with some jeans or use it as cover-up for the beach. Hand-crafted by Nigerian artisans, the kimono cut from the light weight soft material in a relaxed silhouette and has pockets, flowy wide sleeves and tonal belt. It comes with two internal ropes which can be tied internally for a cinched look, ad the best part... it has POCKETS!

The Iranti collection is a tribute to Mammam (our founder's Grandma) and childhood memories in Nigeria. Take a trip down memory lane with nostalgic prints evocative of childhood comforts and whimsical sentimentality. The Ogede name meaning 'plantain' in Yoruba language, inspired the design. These prints were lovingly were created and perfected to not only honor my Mammam but to inspire others.
